Processing Time
Each Toni Studios piece is created with intention and care. Please allow 5–10 business days for orders to be processed before shipment.
Hand embellished pieces may require additional preparation time to ensure each artwork meets the quality and standard expected from the studio.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, artwork size, and shipping method selected.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Toni Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Artwork Packaging
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Limited edition prints and hand embellished canvas pieces are prepared with protective materials designed to preserve the quality and integrity of the artwork during transit.
International Shipping
At this time, Toni Studios offers shipping within the available locations listed at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Toni Studios takes great care in packaging each order. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review the situation and work toward a resolution.
Toni Studios is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance in these situations.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Toni Studios is not responsible for delays, additional shipping fees, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
